We are launching in California first, then expanding across the rest of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. Some features (e.g. local payment rails or compliance flows) roll out region by region — your dashboard will show what is currently available in your area.

Every account that posts a listing, applies for a property, or accepts a contractor job goes through identity verification: government ID upload, email and phone confirmation, and (where required) proof of address or income. Verified users get a badge so the other party knows they are dealing with a real person.

Yes. Payments are processed through PCI-compliant providers (Stripe), card numbers never touch our servers, and sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Identity documents are stored in access-controlled cloud storage and are only used for verification — never shared with the other party.

Open Property → Browse Rentals, filter by city, budget, and move-in date, then submit an application from the listing. Verified renters can attach proof of income and a Vardenus credit score to stand out. The agent or owner reviews and either approves, requests more info, or declines — all without leaving the platform.

Open Property → Buy to browse for-sale listings. You can save favourites, request viewings, and submit a sale enquiry directly to the listing agent. Identity verification is required before submitting an offer, which protects sellers from time-wasters and lets serious buyers move faster.

Sign up as an agent or owner, then use Property → Sell or “+ List Property” in the top nav. You will add photos, location, price, and key details, and the listing goes live once your account is verified. You can manage enquiries, viewings, and offers from your dashboard.

Compare lets you put up to four listings side by side — price, size, monthly cost, location score, energy rating, and amenities — so you can shortlist objectively rather than scrolling back and forth between tabs.

Go to Contractors in the top nav (or contractor.vardenus.com). Browse by service and city, view ratings and prior jobs, and hire directly. Every contractor is identity-verified, insurance-checked where applicable, and rated by past clients on Vardenus.

Browsing, searching, and creating an account are free. Vardenus charges a small platform fee on completed transactions (rental contracts, sales enquiries that close, contractor jobs). Exact fees depend on region and product and are shown before you confirm.

Yes. Open Account → Security → Account Deactivation to deactivate, or use Delete Account to request a full deletion. Under GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California) you can also request a copy of your data — email info@vardenus.com and we will respond within 30 days.
